b. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Legum Technica reserves the right to cancel services for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of our services. In such cases, clients will be notified, and partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

a. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Due to the nature of digital services and time-based deliverables, we do not offer refunds once the service period has commenced or the strategy has been implemented. We encourage clients to communicate concerns early so we can resolve issues proactively.

b. Performance-Based Services

For services billed based on performance or milestones (e.g., ad campaigns or lead generation), refunds will only be considered if clearly defined deliverables have not been met, and no significant work has been executed.

c. One-Time Consultations or Strategy Sessions

Refunds are not applicable for completed consultations or one-time services.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds or credits may be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Billing errors

  • Duplicate payments

  • Service not delivered due to unforeseen technical issues (with verification)
